Children at Oath Ceremony

Can we take a child who is not going to be taking the oath (already Canadian by birth here) to the oath ceremony and have him sit with us not in the guests section? He's only 4 so can't sit alone.

You have to bring an adult to sit with him at the guests section and if he needs something you can't leave the ceremony to go outside until everything is done, so it's better to bring someone else.
