Hi everyone,

I have been working on a permanent basis in Montreal since 2014. I'm here on a skilled worker visa (closed and tied to my company).

I have two daughters under the age of 3 born here in Quebec.

My latest work permit has expired in April. My company sent for a renewal back in February but I'm yet to hear anything back. Due to this, our family have now lost our RamQ cover, and child benefits. However, I'm still working, paying taxes, I have my sunlife health insurance through work.

I guess my question is, how do I get the backdated payments for all the months where the gov/qc stopped paying due to implied status. I have pay slips and a record of employment if needed of course.

We did not leave canada for over a year, in case that has any affect on the decision making.

Thanks for the help
