I just recently got my PR. Is there a way for me to sponsor my only son who is 25 years old and presently working?

No - there is not.

If your son wishes to immigrate he will have to qualify on his own.

There are certain options such as if you are alone in Canada, you are not currently married, you have no other children, your parents are dead, you could sponsor your son as your one and only relative.

If that is not the case, if you happen to live in Manitoba, you could support his application under PNP. Having a close relative counts for a lot of points.
