Hello,

I have applied for my child’s passport since middle-last April but haven’t got it. My account has been charged $57 on 27th May, but so far it has not coming yet.

Please advise me how to contact, or how to check the process.

If you are not getting any response from Service Canada Customer Service then try submit an enquiry here.

If you are travelling anytime soon then you may also request to transfer the passport file to the PP Canada office in your city by paying a transfer fee, apart from this you just need to provide a travel itinerary.
