I’m completing my son’s passport application. This will be his first passport. He was born in Ontario and he has two birth certificates: a normal one and another one with parents info (I guess this is called long-form birth cert).
Is it true that I only need to send the birth cert with parents info? I’m confused because they said I have to include proof of my son citizenship and proof of parentage.
The application will include:
- application form.
- two photos (one has guarantor’s signature).
- birth certificate with parents info.
