child from previous wife question

Hi, my daughter is from my previous marriage. Ex-wife has the custody of my daughter when we divorced.

At that time I am permanent resident statu. Now I am Canadian citizen and have 2nd marriage with children.

I can see that I should use family class forms for my daughter.

Now questions:
1. Form, imm1344e, section "sponsor person details", is it my information or ex-wife?
2. should her fill "eimm5669e(form of background. )"?
3. In imm5406e additional family information form:

ex-wife is still divorced status now. so should I fill the "father" section or leave it blank?

sections B: Brother and sixter: I have two kids in current marriage. should I fill their information in this section?

I heard that it needs my ex-wife to sign something to authorize me sponsor my daughter to canada. What form is it?
