Child education while on visitor visa

I have got PR for myself only. Once I find a job I am planning to bring in my family and apply for thier PR too. Until I get PR for my wife and two kids can I enroll my kids in kindergarten and primary schools? Is it free or paid. If paid how much will it be approximately for say grade 1 and kindergarten?

Depending on the province, it should be free for a dependent child of a PR, in public school.

Do they have TRVs? That will also be had to obtain. In the provinces or school board (can vary by school board as well) you need PR it will be between 10-15K.

Does TRV mean Temporary Resident Visa? Since I have PR and my family has been declared as dependents in the application, once I land as a permanent resident, how soon can I apply for PR for my family and how long does it take to obtain PRs for my family.
Do I need to have PR card to apply for my family's PR or is COPR enough to start the process, provided I have a job.
