Child Care Pilot Program 2021

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding my application to Canada. I'm filling up my forms and I don't want to add my husband to be sponsored. We've been separated for almost 5 years but not legally separated yet. He also has a different family already. Can I just exclude him on the application process or it is apparent for me to add him on the application. Thank You in advance
