if I have a child born outside of canada without married and I am Canadian citizen but my girlfriend is not. How can I apply for citizenship for the child? Because I am not married, do I need to do dna test ? Do I need to list my name on the birth certificate? Thanks

Your name should be on the birth certificate. IRCC may or may not request a DNA test.

No.

This would probably be a good idea. If you don't list your name on the child's birth certificate, then IRCC will probably require a DNA test to prove you are the Canadian father to the child.
