I am a Canadian citizen and my child was born in India in May 2025. The online process shows that we have to apply for the proof of citizenship certificate and once a receipt we can apply for the Canadian passport from outside Canada, and then we can travel to Canada. We have applied for the proof of citizenship certificate in May itself and received the AOR in June., but haven’t received anything yet. For the same, I have created this WhatsApp group for all those who have applied for the citizenship proof for their child and still waiting for further the process.
