I am canadian citixen and my wife pr file is in process and in between the process my child is born.Today i received the letter from ircc that you have to apply for child citizenship certificate to complete the process.
NOTE: If your child resides outside Canada and the United States, the application for Canadian citizenship
should be submitted to the Canadian Embassy, High Commission or Consulate closest to where your child
resides. The processing will be delayed if you submit your child’s application directly to the Case Processing
Centre in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
My question is whether i have to apply through paper or online?
