Child application for citizenship and spousal sponsorship forms

Hello,

I am getting ready to post my child's citizenship application form and and my spousal sponsorship forms. I have paid the fees and just a bit confused on how to package the applications?

Do I make a copy of just the proof of payment to include in my spousal application form (of our child's citizenship application) or I do photocopy the entire form?

is it all sent in one package or do i have two separate packages sent?

Just include a copy of the receipt.

The applications must be sent separately.
