Hi,im curious to know if im eligible to apply any type of pool or program in canada
My iltes score overall 5.0
W 5.5 R 3.5 L 5.5 S 4.5
I HAVE 13 years exprience of verity country ,and i have canadian visa for 5 years.

Agreed, your IELTS score is too low for any immigration program. You'll have to retake the test.

Here are the language requirements for the Federal Skilled Trades program, and I believe a fair number of PNPs also use these scores as a minimum for trades:
