Checklist, Medical examination, should I check the box or put N/A on a margin

question 1) Hello everyone. In my checklist, it is said: Do not complete a medical examination at this time. You'll be issued med instruction later.
So should I check the box or put N/A on a margin?

question 2) The same with (1st box) Employment/Sourced of income section. Do not complete this section if you are a Quebec resident
Two boxes: (2nd box) If you are working in Canada...
(3rd box) If you are not...
Since my spouse is a Quebec resident but soon is going to work, I didn't check any boxes and put N/A on a margin next to 1st box. Is it right?
