The checklist also is requesting an "Offer of Employment". Actually I'm currently working my job offer was offer to me one year ago, and I work through a PGWP without and LMIA. Should I upload the offer of employment from the last year? or should I answer to the questions "Do you have a valid job offer?" NO.????

You don't have a valid job offer. Providing you didn't get an extra 50 points for claiming you did which removing won't drop you below the cut off, you can remove it.

A valid job offer is supported by an lmia or after working for a year on a closed work permit with the employer (whose offering you more than 1 year employment after PR). If you don't have that, select no.
