Checklist and chats print/translation advice

Hi!
My husband is about to sponsor me for PR, but we are not sure about a few things:

- We both have to collect the required documents but he is the one who sends them all (his and mine) in one package, right?
- Do we need one checklist or should there be two checklists - one for each of us?
- Do we need to translate our chats, since they are not in English?
- All of our chats are on viber, so what's the best way to print them? Would it be okay to make print screens?

Print Screens are fine. A sampling that takes a good picture of the progression of time. They especially like when you discuss normal married topics like insurance, homes etc. Yes you can translate them but just with google or something other than certified translators. If you can translate them before you make the screen shots.
One checklist I believe as it is all one package you send together.

Documents/chats/messages/emails etc can be submitted in English or French. Any language besides that has to be translated.

One application package. One checklist. Some forms require you both to sign, some just one of you.
