I tried immigrating through Spousel Sponsorship to Canada about four years ago & had to cancel once we got divorced as my ex wife was my sponsor. I would like to please know as to which website I can go to get the reason my ex used to cancel it as it only says withdrawal on the main website. But I heard there is another place where you can get a more detailed report by being able to read the codes how can I access this website?

Your ex didn't need a reason to cancel your sponsorship she could just withdraw the sponsorship without question. Clearly her reason was a relationship breakdown.

To Canuck 78 the reason I am worried is because first she sent immigration Canada an email with a letter stating she wants to cancel because of abuse & they told her to send a letter in the mail & am not sure what she wrote in that letter that's why I want to see the website with the detailed information to make sure she did not do that.

You will definitely not have access to that information. If you were not charged with anything it can't be held against you. It's hearsay.

To canuck78 an immigration lawyer told me he is able to look it up & almpsa anyone can find that info if they know what they are doing. There is an area where you can & look up detailed information where you see the codes

Then your lawyer isn’t particularly smart, doesn’t practice law in Canada or hasn’t a clue what PIPA is and has plans to spend time in jail him/herself. The information your ex wife used is personal and unavailable for viewing by anyone but a select few and for very specific reasons.

To Buletruck so there is no way for me to see what reason she used to cancel immigration?
