Hi,
First, thanks to everyone for sharing so much information. I found the answer to many questions in this forum.
Second, I hope it's not a repeated question. I try searching for it, but didn't find it.
We're filling the form for the PR sponsor inland and there's this question in the page 7 of the imm5589 (checklist)
"If you have lived in Canada in Canada for the last six months...
Check here if this applies to you."
The applicant has a visitor status and has lived in Canada for the last 7 months already, but they she was out of the country for 3 weeks during this time.
So, I feel that we should check the box, but I am not 100% sure.
Besides, if we check it, could it be incoherent with applicant's status end date ?
I mean, her last entry to Canada was on May, so we have entered November as the end date of her status in Canada in the imm0008 (generic form).
Thank you in advance
