Check Quebec application status

Hi guys,
I have received a letter from the Quebec bureau that they have opened my file. In the letter there are
2 codes ref. Ind. and dossier both beginning with the letters PA followed by nine digits . I guess they can be use to check the application status. I checked their web sit but I haven't been able to come across it.
Where can one use the code to check Quebec application status.
I live in Italy and the immigration office incharge is at Paris.

there is no online system to check the quebec application status. however, both the numbers are to be used when contacting your visa office through email.

Hi,

I have applied for quebec immigration and have received dossier and reference number. This details I have received through my agent and not from quebec government. I would like to check if this reference number belongs to me or my agent is fooling me. Is there way to check this online.
How long it takes to process application after receiving dossier number?
