Check if this is real or fraud?

Hey guys, one of my friend approached a consultancy for immigration/work permit to Canada.. Recently he attended a telephonic interview through the consultancy from someone in canada. Today he received a job offer letter from Air Canada as System Admin. He neither gave IELTS nor his ECA is done. They told him that all process will be taken care of including LMIA and they charge him Rs. 2.00 Lakhs in installments.. How do we check if the offer letter is real

It's a scam.

There's no need to insert anything. It's a scam. If it was really Air Canada hiring, they would never ask for a fee.

If the job offer promised any of the following this is further proof this is a scam: free accommodations, free food, free travel/flights to get to Canada, anything over 3 weeks of vacation.

the moment they ask for money it is a scam.
The moment they promise too good salary it is a scam
the moment they have rather low requirements for that position, it is a scam.

For one thing checking education diplomas is very common in Canada.

But how do I prove him that it's a scam.?

You just tell him we told you..
