I met my now wife Fleurette in Dubai in 2017. We were in a relationship and when I moved to Canada in 2020, the relationship still continued. We applied for her tourist visa and as per the IRCC process it was granted in Dec 2020. She came to Canada on holiday and we got married in Jan 2021. After considering the options of whether we should apply for spousal sponsorship in or outside Canada, she decided to come to Canada and apply for spousal sponsorship inside Canada. She came in May 2021 and we applied for her PR in the same month. Exactly after a year her PR application was approved in June 2022. Today I am putting this query here as after she came to Canada she stopped being intimate with me, we had those issues in Dubai too. Then I noticed that she would not tell anyone that we were married unless it was to get free cakes in restaurants. In her family or friends no one knows i exist or even am in her life. Leave introducing as a partner she doesn't acknowledge me as a friend. The nail in the coffin was this Dec 2022, she posted a picture of a guy holding her. She never posts a picture of us, but somehow this guy got the top position. When i checked his profile, the DP was of them holding hands. When I confronted her about it she started telling me that they were friends, when i told her i will speak to the guy thats when she said she really likes him. She has been parading around in India or anywhere else as a single person. She has got her PR now. I guess she has a win. I feel i got played as when i had asked her to apply for her Canadian PR when we were in Dubai, she was trying to get her Israel passport through her Father's lineage. But since that didn't fall through I guess I was the back up plan. I also got to know that to come to Dubai she had not come on her own merit rather she had married and come to Dubai, and prior to meeting me, she was trying to go to USA with a woman she had started an online affair while being married. I am not sure what is going on and whats true or false. People like these who use others should be punished or atleast made accountable but they go away scott free.
