my wife submitted my case on March 3 2012 and now we got the approval letter on june 13 2012 that your case is send to be india for futher step.
now any body advice me how CHC new delhi will ask my passport to surrender for further process.[/color][/color] .

Hey Sonny, i guess we are on the same page, i got my approval on the 12th of june and my file was submitted on march the 9th... as far as i know the file goes to delhi and they request for your wifez passport in about 2 weeks time....if your case is strait forward no travel history and all the required docs attached to the file they might waive the interview and stamp the Visa after they do the backround check and other things that ll prove your marriage was genuine....

if they have any confusion or missing any documents then they might call your wife for an inteview..

so hope for the best buddy....

Hello Guys!!!!

I have also applied on March 7,2012 and my file was approved on june 1,2012. and transferred to new delhi. My visa office already sent me a request to submit my PP. after that i haven't heard anything from them or i cant see any updates on ECAS. I do have travel history for 4 years but i have submitted all the proofs and calling history, wedding photos, air tickets, boarding pass etc. Hopefully my status will be change this week of may be next week....my case is strait forward.

Got AOR on jule 20.... Now waiting for my file to be transfered to new delhi....lets keep this thread updated for all the new delhi file ....

ya mostly people get PPR within 3 weeks but after that i dont know howmuch time they will take? i will pray to god...they finish our file as soon as, so we can meet our loved one...

hi my wife had appllied for me outland spouse sponsor visa she is pr from last 2 and 1/2 yrs. yrs.for both of us it is second marriage her 1st husband got exp. and i am divorcee from india.she is also indian buy went to canada in 2010 we both meet online from shaadi portal i was in india and she was in canada she has 11 yrs daughter from 1st marriage i know and we both dont have problem too, but will it affect our visa case. we had applied on 9th may, 2012 and still waiting. can anyone suggest will this kind of case gets visa.
i had never travlled to canada before , but before marriage visitor visa got rejected.
her age is 33 and mine is 32, we both meet online in jan 2012 and informed our parents did proper wedding in india in march 2012 honeymoon celebrated mine birthday party with friends and family too.she returned to canada after month staying together in april 2012 and submitted with all photos , bills , forms, wedding etc etc.can anyone help is this case straightforward or complicated.

1st thanks to all to make the reply for this. Right now i am in USA and staying from last 3 years , now i have to book my ticket to india and leave my job. so now question they travel history really effect the time for asking passport by CHC New delhi and do they ask for passport verification certificate from us. Right now totally confused.

* Landing fees (if not paid yet)
*PCC (if not submitted)
*Passport
but i already paid the fees when we submitted are application in Mississauga on feb 15.
What should i do now??
Any one with similar experience.

Just send the passport only if you have already paid the fees and submitted the PCC. If you send a photocopy of PCC as a proof then they migh ask for original one so its better to send the passport alone

After getting approval in 30 Apirl 2012, when u get the PP (passport) submission request. i mean after how many weeks.
