CHC ND applicants with "Decision made" Update your details

I am NDVo applicant my status is Decision Made since october i called several times to my consultant but he told that he has not recieved any letter or email from VO

should i treat my status as Positive or Negetive?

Indians Have virtually ransacked the whole system.
CIC is overwhelmed by the # of applications from India.
They have chosen to be dead for quite sometime rather than being stay awake. lol !
