Anyway as per my knowledge, there are 18 employees for red & white team (9 in each), 6 employees for priority team and indeed 1 First Secretary.
Client Service Unit has about 4-6 FT/PT employees who respond to enquiries and work as a bridge between Immigration Team (25 employees) and Medical Unit (5-7 employees). Moreover; each CSU employee has assigned a 3 character tag name for communications to and from the CHC London.
The CHC London is processing about 40-45 applications per working day.
