in the re-med for my wife they mentioned :

- Four recent photographs (photos are not required if the panel physician is listed as “eMedical enabled” on the CIC website listed above)

Hello Everyone,

My wife received a re-med request today (Nov 14th), she is in Lahore.
I would just like to make sure that the below is the correct procedure:
- email canmedpk @ iom.int for an appointment for the remedical
- wait for their reply with a re-med date
- go to the medical with the requested info and documents
- wait for PPR?

Am I missing something?

No u r not missing anything
why do not you call to ISB to get appointment?

Thanks,

why would we have to call ISB? shouldnt it be the Lahore location to get the the appointment.

Also i was asking about the email because i have been reading on the forums that they usually do not pick up when you call, so thats why thought it better to email?

Lahore center is not responsible for appointments, it conducts med only. to get appointment we need to call ISB call center.
Yes it is heard that call center is too busy but it is luck as well, whenever I called my call was picked on 1st try, try calling in morning around 8 am or in afternoon after 3 pm, Emails take time, and the longgg wait; it frustrates

is it a wife case? Y there was an interview??Actually m also jan 2013 applicant done with my remed on 22nd oct 2014.. No contact afterwards .. Ecas shows in process since 30th sep 2014.

Remedical Request Nov 3rd, 2014. Medical appointment on Nov 18th and then wait for PPR, which I hope is soon. I really want my husband to be here my mid-January. Is that possible by the way things are progressing well?

Also, there was no mention of bringing a polio certificate to the medical in the e-mail. Is that okay?

its mandatory to take polio certificate with you at the day of appointment. because its a requested by medical center they might have told you while taking your appointment on call or may b in the email which you received from IOM center

So whats the average time for ppr1 after remedical?
