re-medeical was requested oct 1, London received all the doc on 17th. Status changed on oct 21st.

ECAS does not matter I guess because it is upto your VO whether he changes it on the spot or not.
I have got PPR2 and PP is sent to ISB but ecas still says the old story InProcess; It should be changed to DM now

Guys they asked me for my daughters birth certificate and marrige reg certifivate then one month later they asked for remed. they didnt ask for police certificste. doss thst mean they will ask for police certificate and then ppr1? Did everyone get police report rewuest?

No, that means your med is exempt
same was done with me and I got PP2 only, there was no other doc request at all.

My status just changed to DM but have not received PPR. I am nervous, should I be worried. I have seen mix posts where some people received PPR before DM and some people status changed to DM and then they received PPR. I have recently won an appeal, then submitted updated forms, reassessment of medical, Police certificate. But they did not ask me anything else I wouldn't understand if the deny us again without showing any negative concerns .... I am really worried. please help..
