hi guys do you guys know how long FRC takes in nadra and whats the requirements are ?

Alhamdullilah, wife got her passport back visa stamped.

Can someone please advise the procedure at immigration?
Does she fill out the immigration form that they give out in the flight?
What is the procedure...questions etc that they might ask?

If there is a separate forum for this kinda discussions then let me know.

Any advice will be appreciated.

When did your wife sent the passport?

I have been waiting for passport for more than a month now.

Why is it you do not answer anyones question??

Questions are difficult, answers may not be satisfying as both CIC and applicants are unpredictable.e.g CIC asks for urdu Nikahnama from whom who sent marriage registeration certificate and same MRC from who sent Nikahnama.On the other end , I can't say any word because applicant is always anxious and change doctors from morning to midday to evening to midnight. Moreover it's good fortune that some of our colleagues in the forum have good knowledge and they share their experience nicely, so people like me with little grip on the subject should not ruin the situation. Please don't get angry.

1..process simple at immigration desk. Immigration officer may ask you where you will reside in canada. You will narrate the address written on your landing paper.
2..she will fill the form presented in aeroplane and submit the list of jewellary and luggage to follow with its approximate price in CA $. Jewellary pics.are also necessary+ any Dollars in hand should also be mentioned if more than 10000.
3..Almost no question from spouse other than address in Canada.
4..Many forum members go on giving advice on this topic. Go through search few back pages you will get many informations.

I have received my wife's passport with immigration visa. She's coming to Canada next week. My question is I changed my address recently so the address on the file and on landing papers is different from my current address. On landing, what address should she say she would reside in? Should it be the one on the landing papers or the address I just moved to?

This will also make issue at the time of delivery of PR card at home.... as CIC does not know the new address, your PR card will be courier at ur old address.
Regarding question at airport. Immigration officer may or many not ask the current address, it depends.....

I can always have mail redirected to my new address. I am currently doing it for myself successfully. So is it better to update the CBSA officer of the new address.

Yes she sent her passport to CHC Islamabad on Jan 12, 2015 and received it on the Feb 8, 2015.
