I have been reading this forum for the past few months and Id like to thank all of you for sharing very insightful information. It definitely made this wait easier!

The following is my timeline:
Application applied: April 24, 2014
Application transferred to LVO: June 25, 2014

Yesterday, I received an email from CIC asking whether my husband had exited Pakistan after his exam and whether he got ill during this entire time period.

Does anyone know what will happen after this?

I guess PPR on its way hopefully...becuase they just wanna confirm if anything changes after that...by the way whats your status on ECAS...you may check on ECAS...does it say IN PROCESS or DECISION MADE??

Yes u can...but make sure you update your address in their system...i moved to dubai a year ago and i updated my address with them...but i wud advise u to stay in pak and dnt complicate it for urself..

yeah....i was thinking the same...safe side is to stay in pk.

My husband had an interview in which his application was approved, Alhamdulillah.. But due to them not having yet recieved his re-medical result he wasn't able to get his visa on the spot.

He did his re-medical on the 8th of january & his interview was on the 27th.

Any idea how long it will take for them to recieve his results?
Should we contact LVO to inquire about this or should we wait it out for a bit?
We did contact the medical center & they gave us an e-mail but no response from them .

Congrats on clearing the interview part.
Yes you should contact as it takes max 5 busineaa days for a ful med result to be uploaded. System is now online so there should be no delay.

Kindly can someone help me out, that passport return address(current mailing address) can be different from permanent residence address.....

I got it back in 22 days in total. They received mine on Jan 14th and i got it back on Feb 6th.

Yes they call/sms you on the number you wrote on return label.

Thanks for the update. What I have notice last time interview was conducted in Nov 2014 and than in Jan 2015. It seems every other month. However if they are saying every quarter than should be in April. I will suggest order notes and see why they put you interview que so you can prepare for it.

Meanwhile keep you communication/on going relationship records. In most of the interviews they ask for it.

Inshallah this difficult time will be over one day as our other members have good news around the forum we will get very soon.

Yeah it would be wise to remind the visa office about medical results

You have to be in Canada to order notes and you will require a CREDIT CARD it will cost $5.

It takes 30 days from the time you order

Fill out form as follows

Section A & C - If your the sponsor fill out your name
Section B - your spouses name is filled out (applicant)
Section D - is your choice Mail or Email correspondence
Section E & F - signatures and dates
Section G - if your under age 18
