Do it on the front. Should be visible when they go through them. Saves the hassle I believe.

Also would you please share the details like what docs they asked for? And what's your timeline? And when did you receive the docs request. Thanks :)

All the people asking for help should atleast do the common courtesy of posting their timelines against their user profile that helps others in understanding things better and in helping you aswell. Thank you.

Has anyone found out a way to get their documents back once the visa is stamped. My birth certificate , marriage certificate and Nadra reg of marriage certificate is with Chc Isl or LVO . Anyone got these back once their case is completed ??

I need some advice guys. I need to know how much time do they give for remedical and how much for PPR1? I need to apply for a visit visa and they would take my passport for a month or so. So i just want to know the time duration for these two. In case i get any of the correspondance from london, i would be able to manage it somehow.

Apply online. Then you won't have to send away you r passport until they approve the visa. Cos they ask for the passport only if they decide to give the visa. Or else they won't. Hope that helps. Best of luck!
Also they give 60 days for remedical, 7 days for PPR 1 and 15-30 days for PPR. But if you apply paper based it can take upto three months or even more. And you will have to send your PP with the application.

No actually i have to apply for turkey's visit visa. Unfortunately they have e-visa services for Pakistanis having schengen visa and a few more country's visa on their passport. For ordinary pasaport holders they only accept paper files. I dont know how long my file will take so we are planning to spend vacations together. For remedical do we need to take passport along? Also i want to know if they ask only for soft copies of pp in Ppr 1?

every bloody time some shooting happens, I pray that its not related to islamic terrorists etc, what a terrible thing today in parliament and already fingers are pointed..immigration officers see this too

You don't need to submit ur passport for Turkey's e-visa.... I just did this myself... they will issue e-visa right away n send it in ur email... as long as you can pay $60.... when u land in Turkey u will have to prove to them that u are a tourist by showing them ur hotel reservation, ur return ticket, evidence of enough funds to last through ur visit, ur e-visa, along with ur PR card.... but it seems like u haven't received ur PR card yet.... I don't think u've made ur landing yet so wut r u thinking of showing them for that requirement?

Yes you will have to take your passport along with you for remedical. They give you 60 days to get that done. And for PPR 1, soft copies are enough but some applicants email n mail a copy of it. Although email suffices. I'm sure some experienced applicant can confirm it. I'm telling you what I've observed. :)

It doesn't matter.... ordinary passport by their definition means u don't have a diplomat's passport.... when u go on their website u can select that ur travelling on regular passport... it'll tell u all the requirements u have to present at customs... but more importantly u don't have Canadian residency yet so wut will u show for that?
