guys need some advise: I am going to have a second marriage in Pakistan as my first wife passed away, what documents and things I have to keep in mind when getting married and what step to follow.i will go in December to get married its a arranged marriage.i would really appreciate your help.

I have sent a case specific inquiry to London...received 2 email in response...one is a confirmation from "London-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca" and second one is a un-delivered notice from "LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca" ... anyone else seen this issue....should i resend it ?

Hello Brother i have the same situation i done my third medial on 3rd sep and send email to cic london office that they receive my medical or what is the status of my file but after 22 days still i have no reply from london office so i am just waiting my next step i submitt my case in june 2012 and still wait. I dont know why they dont reply my email do any one idea why they dont reply before this i email them for case inquiry they reply with in 7 days :-[

Get your nikah done on both english and urdu nikah nama. 3 for urdu and 3 for english. 6 in total. This way you wont have to go into translation of nikah nama. After you get married, prepare marriage certificate from union/arbitrary council. These are the basic requirements. Rest is all supporting documentaion and proofs which you will need to submit to prove your relationship genuin like pictures, wedding cards, skype logs and chats etc.

I have 3 Questions and need suggestions,

1. They asked for A certified copy of my Urdu Nikah Nama and translation, but I have only English Nikah Nama and its originally in English so i didn't need any Urdu Nikah Nama, what should i do?
2. Secondly they did not email the additional email for remedical yet, is it normal? when will they send it?
3. Should I email them or send these documents through mail?

i got this same email on September 3, 2014...got the medical forms the very next day. book ur appointment and u will get the forms in a day or two.

For the nikah nama i would suggest getting the urdu nikah nama asap....they requested me urdu nikah and translation in April. i sent them the english one, and in september they again requested urdu nikah nama. I am sure u dont wanna do this to urself.

From where did you get the urdu Nikah Nama? did you get the english translated to the urdu? or you get the separate one and then translated it to english? how can you get another one in urdu when it has got all the signatures of witnesses and all. How can you find them again and get the signatures done?

What you need to do is relax... there was another member whose passport returned after 15 months. Not saying it will take that long but it's not as unusual as you think it is.

It took more than 15 months for me to get my passport back. They do these things for no reason. Do contact your mp and let them see what the hold up is.

Congratulations!! So my guess was right. Hoping to hear something soon.
You need to send urdu nikah nama so if u havent filed it during ur wedding, you may ask the person who registered your marriage. Email them. Minimize your timeline as much as you can atleast on your part.

The best you can do is to translate the english one into urdu. Because you can not prepare a back dated nikah nama
