I applied in june 2013.. And since that day i am waiting... Well when did ur file move to london? And re pcc and remedical requests were from london or isb? May be u'll hear from them soon In sha Allah because i saw people from mid 2012 getting correspondance ...

Got the letter in Jan and was from ISB(Actually was an email to me from ISB) and My File was transferred to LVO in April confirmed by GCMS and deputy Ministers office-

Your time line is exactly like mine. I ordered notes 2 months ago and nothing has yet started.

Lets see how long this goes... My notes tells the same...i ordered in july and there was no progress at all!

Mine was transfered in feb 2014. Hope they'll follow 11 month mark for all cases.

thanks for your reply, one more thing in the same form IMM5406 will she write her name in the box of applicant or mine? as it is mention in application guide that applicant is the one who sponsor and principle applicant is the one being sponsored.

She will write her name as she is the principal applicant. You are the sponsor, she is the one who applied for immigration.

I also applied in July 2012 and got additional documents Re police clearance requet from Islamabad on January 3 2014 . I submitted all required documents within 15days...Now again I got same additional documents request from London on August 18 , 2014 . since then still waiting for remedical request.my 1st medical expired on May 30 2013.

Preferably not they will ask u again if you want to send them anyway only send copies of each and save original , they might request again then u dont have any

Hello friends,

I got married in August 2013 but did not file my immigration right away.
I applied for Canadian study permit in March 2014 but my application was refused in May 2014 by CHC Islamabad.
Then, I started preparing my sponsorship documents and finally submitted my case in Aug 2014 to Mississauga.
My wife remained with me here in Pak after marriage i.e from Aug 2013 to May 2014.

Now Allah has blessed us with baby boy and he is Canadian citizen by birth. But unfortunately he is not in good health condition.
My wife was to come back to Pak with baby but now doctors have advised us that baby should not travel until the age of 6 months.

I want to visit my wife and child who is critically ill. for that i need to apply visit visa TRV. My question is;
I have already once denied study permit, is it safe for me to apply TRV in this situation while my sponsorship application is still in early stages?
And if I do apply for TRV and my application is refused what effect it has on my sponsorship application?

Please give me your suggestions.

Sorry to hear Allah blessed Ur Baby Wh Good Health Amin.
you apply for TRV immediately and got some letter from Ur Doc. about health condition also, if you consult wh some lawyer he can surely help u in it
