My wife had her remedical done in April 2014 and i sent all the documents as well including pcc. My wife's ecase status changed to "In process" on July 24th 2014. I am still waiting for PPR. I called my MP as she told me to contact her if i dont hear anything from CHC. I called her today and she checked with the London embassy and they said that they are reviewing the forms (IMM 5406 and 5490) that i sent and started the background check and there is nothing negative about my case. She also mentioned that our government has completed record number of cases (B*** S****) and that we are trying our best to reduce the time. She also said that even though the files are going to London the time line will be 33 months for Pakistan and not 11 months as for London embassy. She said that ordering notes delays the process as the immigration officer then collects all the information and compiles for you so it delays the process. I also asked her about the "freezing" of spousal cases and she said that no one can do that as its against the basic human rights and that they are actually trying to reduce the timeline of the process.

She told me to contact her in October if I dont get the PPR this month and then she can check with London embassy. Just wanted to share some information with you guys..

just a few things. if you ask any mp representatives they will all tell you to avoid ordering notes, because they want you to continue using their services. And they tell you the 33 months so you dont expect anything if they say 11. that way we dont bug them so much because we think its 33. But that's just MY OPINION dont want to create high expectations.

I request to those who,s cases are delaying because of any reason please DO NOT WRITE any thing which is completely out of track and not in the boundaries of HUMAN BRAIN. You dont know but these kind of rubbish stories told by stupid MP,s give bundle of stress to us as we are already in deep stress of CIC. C -mon how you can be case freeze or time limit can be 33 months AS ITS CLEARLY MENTIONED IN CIC UK WEBSITE 11 MONTHS
so how you can close your eyes on that reality and believe on those which is nothing other than hold your head and raise your blood pressure :-\. So KHUDA ka wasta ha na kro asi batain aur aik aik beruf wala gola khaoo lal aur sabaz raang daal kay.

To ordering the notes is same like when you go in license office (Motor vehicle) and ask them to your license record and they give you.
When you go in the bank and ask them to give you your account statement and they give you.

OK right now in both situations this is your right and when you ask your license or account record that does,t effect on any of your situation not on license neither on Account.

Its same like in Notes that is your file and you have the right to take information about your file and it will not effect on your file in any case.

No body will go and ask them about license or account record every day or every week. So same with notes you will not order notes every week. Its better to ask after 2 months gap like this you can have latest info with latest movement on the file. I hope it ll help to understand.

my remedial also expires on May 2014 and since then waiting fro update from London.

That sounds really funny... Ordering notes doesn't effect your processing time at all...! If that's said by any MP then he/she need to be update himself
