If the child is born in Canada then the child is Canadian Citizen. You must apply for a long form Birth Certificate which it will state the both Parents name, date of birth and it will also state where the child was born. This is called Vital States for in the Province the child was born. Its strange you never got one as the first is usually free. Call them and they will guide you In Sha Allah

Salam send documents about your ongoing relationship. That could be chat history a few here and there, phone bills, visits or money transfers. Like all this proves its an ongoing relationships. Visa Officers who are in doubt well this can change their minds. I hope this info will help you in some small way In Sha Allah

Can someone answer these questions please
I send Urdu nikah nama in original (the one of two pages with signs of bride and groom along with of witness), I also send computerized Nikah nama that is printed on page like computerized birth certificate.. Here n forum, many members got email that a translation of English should be submitted..
1.Kindly tell me from where I can get this translation and whose attestation can be done on it. Can it be taken on a plain paper..
2. Do we have to involve NADRA in registring the marriage? I got my compuertized Nikah Nama from Union Council.. I asked them and they said its registered.

Kindly help me in this regard. I request all senior members.

CIC Immigration prefers the one from NARDA as then they know it has been registered..........

Hello. They asked me for the same things. I sent them my baby's attested birth certificates (Union council, Hosp) copy and for the canadian passport i wrote them a cover letter that the Temporary passport requirement was to show them the confirmed air tickets and the baby cant travel without her mother so we will apply for the Canadian passport of baby urgently as soon as the mother receive remed/ppr request. And yes...also send them the acknowledgement letter of the citizenship cert that u applied for the baby.

U dont need to notify embassy abt the birth of the baby cz he/she is Canadian born and already residing in Canada. If the child was born outside Canada then Yes...u shud notify

38 days and counting here ...

I got my notes after 47 days, they were due on August 5th but received them yesterday August 22nd.
