Sallam guys,
After the struggle of almost 4 years I just received my PP request. Now the problem is that I am living and working in Oman and the dhl and fedex cant send passport to ISB. So eventually I have to come back on holidays. Can any one tell me how many days ISB is taking for stamping visa on the PP as I don't have much holidays left to spare.
Please advice.Thanks

I thought it is written on the letter they send with the passport request :IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF PAKISTAN THESE INSTRUCTIONS DONT APPLY TO YOU CONTACT US ASAP AND WE LL TELL YOU WHAT TO DO ... they might just have forgotten to write it... You might want to inform them by email and even call them...

Guys ISL embassy was open today. One of my friend sent her passport on aug 13, 2014. And it got delivered today and it was received by Ahmed.

Does it mean the embassy is fully open?

I don't want to hijack this thread but all those asking if the embassy is open during the long march etc. Since you are asking in this thread it is clear you have someone in Pakistan and therefore you should know that no one will show up at the embassy let alone work.

My timeline is..
App. Received.. 12/24/12
App. Approved & sent to Islamabad.. 01/21/13

My case has been in Islamabad for almost 20 months now with no acknowledgment other then the medical results having been received.. How much longer do you all think before i receive some sort of reply?

Are there any other december 2012 applicants out there that haven't heard anything yet?

You will need to remove the spaces around @ sign. Include the following in your email:
For Appointment of Canadian Health assessment they need

· Passport No.
· Complete Name
· Date of Birth
· Contact Number
· Visa Category
· Location/City for Screening
