Yes i submitted my application without medical, it was not an issue with CIC or London, as i did get my sponsorship approval (from CIC) and document request from (London).

No it was not a request from London i did it voluntarily.

hmm, we'll wait for them to ask for medical before you do it next.

apply for notes using applicant UCI # and sign the concent form.

As most of you may or may not know mine is a Nikah only case.

If i want to send LVO an additional letter from my spouse indicating why we didn't have rukhsuti done, would that be a good idea even tho my application has already been submitted?

Also my first question still remains unanswered... when do they update the online status! ??? ???

I can answer to 2nd question e case hardly change . We have noticed tgat after remedical for mostly change when they are satisfied with your relation.

One more thing if you have mention that yours is nikkah case . So you can let thm know why rukhsati dint happen and till when you will plan for rukhsati.

Mine is also a nikah only.
I was asked the question why ruksati was not done and when is it plan for.
I did mention this when the file was still in the possession of ISlamabad.
I have not heard after that from Neither islamabad nor Londdon

I am hoping this helps and I am hoping that I ge the good news in this holy month of Ramadhan for my spouse to join me

No one knows anything here about the online status. They change it whenever they want and review your file. If someone gives you any other information, they are lying...

As far as Rukhsati question is concerned, you just have to be truthful and explain that you plan to do rukhsati as soon as you receive your papers, however, it is always advisable to have rukhsati and provide evidence. This will help your case. I have seen Nikah cases, and as soon as they provided Rukhsati evidence, they received additional requests pretty quickly.

I am also in the scenario of 2012 case, so please advice if they are in the 2012 cases been processed or what.

TBH, I believe that 2012 cases have started to progress a little bit...but its still haphazard. A lot of Sep/Oct/Nov 2012 cases have had some communication from LVO, but some Feb/Mar 2012 are still awaiting..

I Have been waiting for almost 30 months now. Does any one know if the file is send over to London now, how much longer would it take. As per London processing time, it says 11 months, do I need to wait for another 11 months before I get an answer after waiting for 30 months. Please advice. It is really frustrating that I am unable to start my new life. Any response would be appreciated to at least help the burden of been alone after even getting married

so you got sponsorship approval (SA) today .. AOR is just acknowledgement of receipt .. not many people get it.
