Alhamdullilah got ppr 2 today....FINALLY!

Many congrats! Can you tell me how did you submit your PPR 1? Was it only email or did you also send a mail? And approx. what time did you receive the email?

In the summary it mention "file assigned to RG for review, email sent"

If someone can please advise what is mean by "file assigned to RG for review". Everything else seems to be okay except dont understand why is it taking so long and why Security still shows "Not started"

RG cud be the visa officer initial...but just guessing.
I searched for the GCMS codes but it didn't show up.
