Hi, i sent in additional info with my skyp convos and emails and money transfers and things like that, and i think its a good idea. i sent that last year, they received it and it is in the file. as long as it's supportive, it shouldn't harm the case. good luck!!

I applied for the first in 2006 and second in 2013
There is naturally a huge gape between two sponsorship

Not really. I have spoken to cic from overseas @ 6139444000. You will have to select 1 for english, then option 2 and then the option that refers you to immigration.

I believe this occurs when you have previous history of sponsorship. If it's your 1st time, this shouldn't be an issue.

For your son: I would recommend to apply outland (Islamabad). If you like you can apply inland (canada) but i heard it takes longer.

It is your choice.

Thanks hubby chubby, I will most likely do an outland for my son's citizenship. However I wanted to ask that since they are still processing my application in mississuaga, do I submit them birth certificate of my son? It was not submitted when sent my application package on Fe24,2016???
If I am to send this extra info to mississuaga, is there an email where Ican request this new doc to be added to my file? Thanks

Hi khankhan, I suppose you mean in canada processing in ottawa??? I am kinda confused, if I submit my app in the missisuaga office then how come it is in ottawa (If thats what you mean by cpp-o?).

Kindly advise is that a bad sign, in terms of my file being rejected or being delayed???? Thanks in advance for you kind inputs.

Should they inform chc ?

Besides i have applied for second spouse
But they dnt hold my file in mississaiga for long
They transfer it to isl after 22 days of applying

I dnt know how this effect my case
But y people change when they landed in canada

As far as your concern being on EI while sponsorship is in progress. This is not an issue, as EI is considered to be a tax-able income. You should be fine, as long as there in no history of social assistance. I dont think this is something you need to inform to cic or chc. I wouldnt do this, but then its your choice.

Depending on the province, there are different rules and regulations.

Quebec for example, you have to registered to perform these types of labour.

However, you can do it "under the table" and work without a permit, but then you run a risk of getting caught and fined.

If you are a canadian citizen then your son citizenship applications will be process independantly. Thus, you will not have to contact mississuaga for that.

If your are a pr card holder than you will have to add your son as a dependant and it will be processed with spouse case...

No issues if you apply for visit visa while sponsorship application is in progress.
