didn't you send your additional documents volunteerly before their request?

My husband got request from chc isb to submitt addittional documents and Re-PCC in early january 2014.and since mid of january we are still waiting for re-medical n ppr.

OMG LOL, its a lie. they have the notes in the system. they don't take it out from ur paper file .. and most of the people's paper files are in Ottawa anyways

You can, but it will most likely be rejected on the grounds that you won't leave Canada when your student visa expires (as your spouse is here). Such is the work of CIC................
