I don't think "1" means PASS. 1=required. When I got my notes, it said Security: 1 Status: Not started. Not sure if it's the same for you.

most of 2012 applicant's files transferred from missessaga to isl in 3- 7 months? but my file tranferred to isl in only 23 days .i am 20 feb 2013 applicant and my file transferred on 15 march 2013 . chc processing is very slow for 2012 applicants i think

did it really transfer or did you get the email of sponsorship approval in march?
because according to CHC I got sponsorship approval in nov 2012 and they said file is going to ISL but it never got there until june 2013. I got to know that through GCMS notes.

Yep, though that will eventually have an effect on 2013 applicants...

seems like the only thing they r doing is just sending medical request to all n after tht long wait for ppr !

i got sponsorship approval in june 2013. file transferred to islamabad in june 2013. got remed in nov 2013.

My wife filed my case in March 2013 and file transfer (as per email) in April 2013 to Isl, but still no response. I think your file is in Fast Track because I have never seen such energy from CHC-Isl in this forum during recent times. Best of luck

You have to be in Canada as the sponsor to order notes and applicant needs to sign consent form please see below for links and instructions
