Thank you so much for the information..... There is no restriction right....

There may not be a legal restriction for citizens regarding their stay outside Canada with sponsored spouses but most people advise against staying for a long period of time even if you are a citizen. That is why at time of application, they ask about the citizen status if he or she is staying with the applicant and what plans/ties he or she have in Canada.

so we havent heard anything after we did the re-medical in September as was requested. they did send back the PCC in an envelope without any information in early November. do you guys think we should order notes? i hate waiting
