I have just received back my Original Re PCC from CHC Islamabad, even it is valid and also their is no mistake in it. They have not sent any reason. Can any one have the same situation? Because I sent my Re PCC in May 2013 as per their requirements.

Salam,

I have few questions regarding the application process.

Does the sponsor has to also send his/her original Birth Certificates and original Educational Documents?
I am not citizen of Canada I am PR. The form states instructions for all nationals of Pakistan. I did one degree from
Canada.

And if so when does CIC returns sponsors/sponsored person's original birth certificates and educational docs?

Last Question Forms IMM5669 (background declaration) and IMM5406( Additional Family Information) has
to be filled by both sponsor/sponsored person and no one else? The reason I am asking this because I am
not able to understand what CIC really wants over here. It says in the form "You and each of your family
members 18 years of age or older must complete their own copy of the form.Note : If you are a Pakistani National
this form must also be completed by your male members 15 years of age or older."

The Sponsor's brother/sisters and parents are not required to fill these forms? Right?

No. In envelop their is only PCC. And no reason.

Is there any way to take your Passport by yourself to CHC Islamabad if they have only asked for Passport no Interview.

Maybe they don't require it anymore. They might have scanned it and just returning the original.
