good point. i dont blame cic for some of the measures they have taken to protect what it means to be a canadian citizen. one of the fads amongst pakistani immigrants was how they couldnt wait to get canadian citizenship and then go live in the middle east. i mean how can one blame the cic for cracking down on that! if you like the middle east so much then just go live there...we will see how well they reward you after years of service and when you are no longer employable...they kick you out...sudhar jao logo...our petty past is making the present harder.

Actually bro, I can't blame their logic. I've personally since cases, whereby the females citizen live aboard (pakistan) and when it's time to deliver their baby. They come and use Canadian health care (Cause its free and better). However, when Canadian authorities see things such as these, they claim "you pay your taxes and invest your money abroad, but use our services??!!". There are many things I don't agree with CIC, but this one I understand where they are coming from....

Hello can anyone help me I m thinking to visit my husband to canada but i have already applied for sponsorship would it hinder my sponsorship and wht is the procedure for trv

All files since late 2011 have been going to Ottawa. Mine included. When they are done checking the original docs. They photocopy it and send it back.

I know this is a immigration forum. I came across a short hadith, that really made me realize my condition as a muslim. I was just wondering, if my wife had got visa in lets say 30 days. Would have i made this much dua for 19 months or read salat and do good deeds to please Allah. Its human nature when you have everything going for your right, we may forget Allah. This way Allah has something of importance to us, which we keep asking for. Allah knows how best much reward we got for this wait. In sha Allah when our spouses come I foremost will strive to continue to ask Allah and not stop because i got what i needed.

u can apply for visit visa any time

no just the passport stamps, and updated police clearance

When people started getting remeds/ppr starting May it was looking good for everyone, but now with this strike its back to square one [not the one in Mississauga].
