We should all do a protest against the Conservative government for increasing the processing time for family spouses sponsorship cases from islamabad, Pakistan. The processing time has gone up to 28 months.
Please get all together and support each others and have ours concerns be heard. If we are going to sit and watch like this who knows in the future we might have to suffer more than this, so this is my request to everyone to get up and take some action and stop this nonsense.

Hi guys, I would like to take some initiative and would like the help from all of the forum members.

First of all, I need some suggestion from you-all, as what can we do on our end to improve the processing time (At least make CIC hear our voice). We all have genuine application for our spouses. If I can recall correctly it use to take only 6~8 months to sponsor your spouse from Pakistan, until 2008. What is the cause in sudden time increase?

I my self live in Toronto and as we all know that Jason Kenny's Constituency Office is in Calgary (The address is posted below), I suggest that all of our fellow members who lives in Alberta, should go to Jason Kenny's Constituency Office and present him a signed application to improve the time line. As for people else where in Canada can send an email/fax with his or her pledge.

Lets all do something, As we have all head that "It only need one person to make the difference".

my file has been sent to ottawa i called the call center today to ask him what is the process time he told me itz 13 months so i was like kkk well does it get transfere to isalmabad he told me it does but just to get the visa stamped onto the passport soo i dunno wats happenining can anyone give me some sort of updates on this whole ottawa visa office

hi does your ecas say "in process" or decision made?

It was thru mail ... surprising me I got the mail in Canada .. they didnt send it to my wife.

Trust me, they have started processing Feb 2012 files which went to Mississauga and transfered to ISB in May.

Just hold on to it.

My wife received same letter in Pak. I applied in feb 2012 too. They asked again new forms n wedding pics and other stuff. However, just 10 days before i sent them voluntary documents as i was visiting my wife. They gave me 40 days to submit all docs. Anyone knows whether this is on right track or no?

I applied in summer 2012 and I was thinking whether anyone here sent additional documents after their first AOR from Missauaga? I was wondering if doing something like that has a negative impact on your application or not? Thanks!

Okay listen up people It is really important please take this seriously and don't ignore this and It is for everyone who lives in Calgary, AB and their file is still in progress.
A friend of mine and me called Devinder Shory office and talked to one of his secretary and asked her to make us an an appointment to see Devinder Shory. We are about 10 people including myself and when we will have an appointment to see him we need more people as many people as possible we can all get together and go to his office in Calgary and we can sign a petition and urge him to request to Jason Kenney to reduce the processing time for Pakistani applicants and find a solution to overcome this painful waiting time.

Tcs came with some documents at my wife house in karachi from CHC but she was not at home and missed him he didn't try to re deliver or contacted her, she got to know this from the neighbours because he asked them for her. So I need any help what to do now, she try to contact tcs head office but they are asking for tracking number or they can't help.

please if anyone know how I can contact chc islamabad.

She should call TCS office and find out who delivers the packages in her area and get his phone number. Then she should call him and ask him where she can pick up her documents or if he can deliver it when she is @ home.

I am surprised TCS cannot find your package based on your address. I tried looking up the latest TCS numbers on 2009-10 thread but the latest one I found was for May 3.

In any case, I believe they should try delivering again the next day. From what I have heard, they usually call the person before delivering a package. It's odd they didn't in your case.
