Today i call call centre to check status of my file so i can send additional documents for rukhsati and reception completed.I ask call centre agent where should i send documents she check my file status and advice to send additional documents to Ottawa not islamabad as my file is in ottawa but when i recived AOR it mention that file is transfer to islamabad i am bit confused please advice members where should i send documents ottawa or islamabad.

Don't worry same case with me my AOR shows islamabad office but actually it is transferred to Ottawa so don't worry and you can mail your additional proffs to Ottawa office as majority of us files are transferred to Ottawa

Hi when i recived AOR it mentioned that should i need to submit additional documents i should send it to islamabad

I always recommend members to send additional docs to both Ottawa and Islamabad. (This way it will reach your file 100%)

Hey Guys,

My Canadian address has been updated as home address on E-cas after 2 weeks of passport submission in CHC islamabad. Also mailing address is still Pakistani address as they'll be sending the passport to this address.

What does this indicate? When will i get my passport back? I urgently need the passport back as I need to go to Bahrain where I am currently living in and applied through pakistan. Also my bahrian resident visa is expiring soon so I need to enter bahrain. How should I contact CHC islamabad for this urgent request? Should I call them? What is the best and efficient way?

Its almost 17 days now and still waiting for the passport to be returned by CHC islamabad.


Need urgent guidance here.

if ur adress changes then u will get vis sooon...in my case they took i think 17 days after adresss changed to return my PP.

There are some members their case was done in 16 or 17 months. Are the counting the time that they filled the application or when it got transferred to ISB. Please let me know.

My guess is that they are mostly counting the time from the date of transfer.

May ALLAH PAK forgive me for this but I am soooooooooo pissed off on Afghan ppl they have so much hate for PAKISTAN but they forgot the fact that Pakistan have given them space to live and even look at CHC they are using Islamabad embassy for processing Afghan applications with us which infact also increasing timeline for all other Pakistanis but we never complain against that....

I had conversation with alot of afghan ppl they are basically other form of indians who just loveeeee bollywood and give *censored word* to Pakistan all the time.

this is my message to all of them RESPECT PAKISTAN BECUASE PAKISTAN HAVE DONE ALOT FOR YOU GUYS AND EVEN SUFFER BECUASE OF YOUR COUNTRY SO PLEASE RESPECT PAKISTAN IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE LEFT.

I think you are stating the wrong years, did you file in the year 2010? As for the PP being returned to you, some people get it back in a week, some 2 weeks, some have been waiting for more than 2 month so Insha'Allah I hope you get your passport back soon!!
