CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

well we cn only sit n wait we dnt have anything else to do ! there r ppl who did medical in july n august they r still waiting for ppr ! so u cn imagine how much time it will take for us !

My friend there are people who did medical in May-2013 and waiting for PPR. I am one of them.

CHC people are insane . They are not human and tension is mounting day by day as mid February is almost very close.
I am tired of checking email for PPR.

Been doing research on this. From what i heard and read it takes around 6 months to a year in pakistan. It is recommended to send citizenship certificate and passport at the sametime.

How long is it taking for CHC-Islamabad to issue Canadian passport and/or citizenship certificate to babies of Canadian fathers, where the baby is born in Pakistan and the mother is being sponsored for PR ?

Any recent experiences on this? Were both passport/certificate applications sent together for the baby to CHC ??

Asslamu Alaykum Forum family,

So I finally received my notes. Confirmed my husband's file is currently in Islambad storage ( collecting many layers of dust).

In Sha Allah they look at it soon and request for a re medical from my husband.

I seem to be under investigation at this time their confirming that I'm not on Welfare which I'm not.

You know chc-Islamabad and Canada immigration are full of horse crap, when it takes them more than 24 months to do a "background check" or "security" check on a 27 year old girl who lived in a small village close to gt road and has a masters degree in biology. Never left the country, never got arrested, never did any illegal activity, has no history of criminal links, has no links to any terror groups or criminal gangs. Yet still asked for three police reports in the past 2 years. Been 7 months are we are still in security checking.

A normal person is "innocent until proven guilty"
A normal person in Pakistan is "guilty until proven innocent"

Well I was asking this question from long time finally i got some one who applied in 2012 and already have interview, Finally CIC ISB start sending interview requests for 2012 applicants..

They even returned my original docs on the interview day in CHC Islamabad. They don't keep originals with them. Let me mention here that, they didn't return a few educational certificates of mine e.g. Result Card of my Masters in English.

Forgot to mention in my earlier post that in my notes it states undertaking to be 36 months.

Has anyone else's notes said this if not did it state processing time in months?

This is so insulting for Canadian citizen and tax payer being a Pakistani origin.

Just imagine Canada without immigrant it cannot survive as their economy and infrastructure runs with immigrants.
These Desion Making Officers so call CBO officers are those who are being highly paid from Canadian taxes.
They enjoy strike for 6 months and they do luck draw for cases and then waste time on dummy investigations for Pakistani.

This spouse sponsorship through immigration Canada is big 'BS'. No First come and First Serve. Just they do lucky draw.

Undertaking has got nothing to do with timeline, it is the time period during which you should support your spouse and if he/she go on social m you have to pay for it. And everyone is concern by same undertaking no mater their county of origin or VO.

Hey, my husband applied for TRV on December 9, 2013. We got our documents we submitted for TRV and the sealed passport back in February, just 2 days ago and it had a visa stamped in it. It's a 6 month visa. Also, I'm expecting so I put my doctor's recommendation and gynaecologist recommendation and sent enquiries every now and then.
