I am the sponsor. I am moving to new place I need to change my address. I went to ecase there it says people can use this online address change service if their case process in Canada. For abroad need to contact abroad visa office is this right?

I think this means they sent you the ppr but unfortuantely you didn't receive it. I also have a representative but he didn't receive my ppr either, the applicant, my husband, was the one who received it on the email we had written. So it will be best to contact the embassy about this and have them send it to you again and keep an eye out for it now. Insha'ALLAH it will become easier for you.

did you check ur junk email?

yes its not in my junk n my husband has smartscreen in hotmail which deletes junk itself. Im trying to turn that off somehow though. Meanwhile gonna confirm with my representative if they got the email n if not then gonna contact chc ottawa... should i email chc ottawa or chc islamabad? and is email the best way to contact them regarding this issue?

I recently moved as well but I do not want to change my permanent address and will be able to receive mails at that address so I have not contacted CIC yet but I need to update my telephone number even though they hardly contact anyone by phone.

Are we required to update CIC about changes in sponsor details? like new job etc?

Salam all, is something wrong with the tracking numbers the last I have is : 23009670731

I try to check the others following that number and it says invalid number?? Is anyone getting further than this??

I'm thinking sponsorship would be for like a someone sponsoring his/her brother or sister kinda thing.

you are right about the word "Sponser" but then again we are applying our spousals Permanent Residence so pick this option. Sponsor applies to parent, brother or other category etc.

They recieved my wifes passport on june 20 2013 and since i have been waiting to get visa. Inshallah soon i believe with the will of allah my wife will get her visa stamped inshallah and i pray for all of us, that allah reunite all of us.

CIC worked for one whole week and now again on rest
