hi guys, my wife got her remed request via email today! ;D just the remeds no pcc. i thought they were sending both together these days?

timeline:
applied at mississauga march 2012.
transferred to ottawa june 2012.
transferrred to isloo june 2013.

I got my PCC request 3 days after the Re-Med request. It should be coming soon for you!

AOA Everyone,

On August 07, 2013 I submitted the additional doc's (IMM Forms) and updated Police C. Certificate as requested by CHC-I, followed by
re-medical on Sept 13, 2013, and today I received my originals back including (Updated Police C. Certificate (still valid), along with other documents) ! is it normal and can other respected form members please explain as to what should I expect next ?

I got mine back too, today only the additional docs not the whole file.

Same with me today my hubby got back the additional docs we sent earlier this year. Can snyone tell us what this means?

He did remedical in july. Waiting for ppr now.

they might be working on the cases. I think before xmas holidays we might get something or after xmas. . they are wo4king fast cuz its like a week holiday. lets hope for the best.

is islamabad embassy off on the 9th and 10th of moharram??
it is not mentioned on their website...

Where did you receive them. In Canada or in Pakistan.

Since you are 2012 case, I am pretty sure the whole file will be returned to Canadian address.

My wife in Pakistan just received her original documents (not whole file) back from CHC-Islamabad. I know a few other board members also received their's back too. These are the original documents, since we haven't been requested to send any additional documents.

CIC received her application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class on March 5, 2013. Her file was transferred to CHC-Islamabad on April 2, 2013.

How long does it usually take to get a re-medical request after the original documents are returned.

hey it takes about an year. you guys just started. there is a long way to go! hopefully the next time frame update will decrease the time

Case applied : 1st Oct 2012
AOR received: Oct.30, 2012
Re-med: 4th Sep. 2013
Landing fees: paid after 15 days of Re Med.
PPR : 11th Nov 2013




Many Congrats , i have same time line as you hove & now a days i am on annual leave so me at home & on every single bell i check, it must be TCS person with PPR request but yet no PPR

Today I received email from chc to send proof of ongoing relationship. Did it happen to anyone else? I mean why are they asking now, 4 months after re medical

Call Centre telephone number: 1-888-242‑2100
Call Centre agents - Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., your local time, except for statutory holidays. (This is off the CIC site)

You can go here for the number. I called a while back... if you call early morning you are likely to get a response from an agent. You have to select one of the first five options and it eventually takes you to family sponsorship.

Has any of you ever tried calling CIC call centre in Canada and gotten hold of an agent these days? Whenever I try calling, it keeps saying the call can not be completed and to check the number. If anyone has ever called CIC what is the phone number that you call at? The e-mail that I provided had a typing error in it and I can only correct it by giving them a call.

I ordered GMCS notes a short while ago. Really curious to see what's on there.
