i think we all should plan to go for a hunger strike in front of all visa application cantres and canadian embassy .... and involve media also into it. how can we just be a part of this whole annoying and frustrating process and stay quiet and say nthing

Good Suggestion...but i doubt if it will have any impact on those Visa officers. They could careless!

Its just simply frurstrating..when i got re-med...i thought finally we're closer to getting this nightmere over.. I Guess not......

Most of the 2012 applicants who did their remedicals in may, june, july, august will get their pp requests next year in feb. Just checked the last year posts on forum and it dawned on me.

That is incorrect. They have a yearly quota to fill and they are behind since jan 2012. Nov and dec 2013 all members with remed will have visa IA.

Secondly, the visa officer from chc called my wife (last week) and said they're going to issue ppr (probably after eid holidays In sha Allah). (I just had to send in extra pcc for isb).

Allah knows best.

I submit my application in April 2013, should I order GCMS? My files are in Islamabad because they sent me email on Aug 28, 2013 stated that we received your application and its in process.

Do you read other post or what? Not to be rude but look at the your timeline and think what you asked?
Some of us have been waiting so long its seems like that movie The Never Ending Story or Ground Hog Day. I so hated the second movie lol.
They take their good old time with new cases some are processed fast if its a short case but if there are road blocks you can may depend it will take a while. I would be concerned if its past 18 months and no news otherwise you must wait. You can check if you like for the notes but I'm sure you won't see much action on your case. Just be patient is all I can say and have Faith in Allah as nothing goes unnoticed by Allah. May Allah help us all In Sha Allah

They dont have any excuse to dealy my case, i paid the correct fee and completed all forms correctly and supplied them with all what they ask for. Why double standard, cases from other countries take 3 to 6 months but from pakistan we have to wait 31 months. Its our fault if we keep silent like now, we should take legile action aginst cic.

Hey can you find out when they did their 1st medical??? I kinda see the light. My husband did his on oct 2. I jave the exact same timeline as ur sis in laws

Re-medical mostly comes thru Pakistan Post or via email......further passport request comes thru TCS bcoz applicant has to submit his/her Passpoer at TCS office for visa stamp....

All mentioned TCS tracking numbers are form the CHC-ISB.
Remember its not necessary that all shipments from CHC is ONLY related to the visa/immigration applications.

One funny thing I realized about going thru the gcms notes again is my husband did his medical on oct 2,2012 but the expiry date is 23 oct 2013 which is the same as when they received our file! so I guess it doesn't matter when you do your medical .. the one year time starts from when they received your file?
