salaam brother gull I havr q for u brother was UR FILE in Ottawa or islmabad? Coz my file was in Ottawa for almost 9 months and now they sent my files to islamabd few days ago do embassy inform u by mail or email thank u and wish u all the best Rhoda Hafez shoma

bro my file went to Islamabad after AOR and Now i am waiting for passport return with visa inshallah. filed my wife's case in jan 27/12 and pasport required in june 25/13. Inshallah i pray for each and everyone one of you that may allah bring everyone's wives and husbands togather inshallah in this month of peace and mercy and ramadan mubarak to all of my brothers and sisters.

No brother not another year, I have gone through the timelines of those who have heard something and they hear exactly after 1 year of sponsorship approval. You have passed 6 months, so 6 more months left. Or may be you hear earlier as your file has transferred to Islamabad, who knows. Keep praying InshAllah u will hear something.

It varies, there is no standard time. However, husband cases takes a bit longer for checking, compared to wife cases.

Someone once on forum said tht Nov/Dec 2011 applicants r the new 2010 batch...somehow now m starting to believe it....:/

My wife received it at 13:30 PST today.
You will hear something soon iA, they are starting to move cases and clear the backlogs. I know early 2012 cases who recently received re-meds as well. Pray during Ramadhan and try to catch Lailatul Qadr this Ramadhan, iA your case will get processed very soon.

Heartiest congratulations! Alhamdulillah this is good news. I thought feb/mar cases had slowed down since june/july applicants were getting ppr. May Allah SWT make it easy for all of us.
