SALLAM EVERY BODY TODAY I CALLED CIC CALL CENTER ABOUT MY FILE STATUS THE CALL CENTER AGENT TOLD ME UR FILE HAS BEEN TRANSFERED TO ISLAMABAD FROM OTTAWA ON 15 07 2013 ACTUALLY MY FIEL WAS IN OTTAWA SIAFTER APPROVAL FROM MISSISSAUGA SO WHAT U GUYS THINK PLEASE TELL ME UR EXPERIENCE IF SOMEONE HAVE THE SAME THINK HAPPENED OR DEAR EXPERT MEMBERS I NEED U GUY'S COMMENTS ON THIS MATTER my file was in Ottawa. Almost 9 months and now they sent it to islamabd I do know what is going well my file reviewing in islamabd or stay in their storage for another 9-10 moths I AM confused now please guys give me some advices thank u so much

Coz of this Ottawa / Islamabad thing our documents/credentials are physically sitting at Ottawa.. So that's y now u r not getting those back along with your passport.. This is what exactly happened to us.. But we emailed Islamabad and Ottawa to inquire about our stuff, only Ottawa replied and said that they will mail all the documents back at Canadian address. So if you haven't get anything yet I highly recommend you to Email Ottawa at otttpilot-immigiration @ cic.gc.ca.

Hey! U got ur ppr the same month of ur file transfer haina..i wanted to ask if it was before the date of the transfer or after? N did u apply for gcms notes?

New to this forum and had a couple of questions for you all. 1. Is it worth it to apply for a visit visa for my wife since there is already a PR visa request in process? 2. My wife moved, and they are requesting I send them the change of address through fax or by mail and they have asked for the applicant's name, DOB, and signature. My question is that is the applicant me (the sponsor) or my wife? Thank you in advance!

I have tried checking my application status online for over a week and it shows error. I am waiting for my passport return does this mean that my application process is finished. All the information i enter is correct there is no issue with that part. But i thought system might have a problem but for over a week its just not possible for system glitch and i check again today still same shows error. Shocked

there are many applicants from 2012 who are now hearing back from chc

Salam brother Gul, its a great news that your file is got transfer to CHC - ISB , it means the initial review is done in Ottawa and was sent to ISB for further processing, now bakhair you will hear some action once you file turn comes in, now that is the tricky question when your turn comes in no one know can take month or a year so prep your self mentally the posted processing time is 29 month as you know, so anything can happen bro your application can be done in next two month or next year Allah knows bro, its a waiting game, all you can do to pro actively submit volunteer supporting document to CHC to make your case stronger, but the good news is you are once step closer, its normal process mine went exact same way and I filed my application for my wife on ( September 2011 ) its almost getting two years now, all I got so far last month, remed request, nothing else that will give you some idea, but another hand dear Waiting _ eyes bro got passport request, so its purely Qismat Jane brother that is all i can say, by the way your case is Husband or wife, take care and keep in touch keep me in your duhaaa in this holy to be over bakhair with all of this.

Here, many June, July 2012 applicants here have had their all processing. I just want to know that the guys who are getting PPR request in 10-12 months are those whose cases were transferred to Ottawa or any Islamabad office people too? I want to know because I just got my SA and my case has been shifted to Islamabad.
